Lana Del Rey Let Courtney Love Live In Her House For A Year

Lana Del Rey is a good friend to Courtney Love. The singer allowed her colleague to stay in her Malibu home for a year without charging rent.

Love revealed this on Billy Corgan’s podcast, *The Magnificent Others*.

“I would call us very good friends, because she let me stay in her house for free for a year. What the hell?” Love said about Del Rey. According to the *Hole* singer, Del Rey helped her a lot to escape the life she was leading at the time by offering her a place to stay.

“She is a fantastic woman and a true friend,” Love said. “She has done things for me that no one else in this industry has ever done, certainly not other women.”

Del Rey, known for hits like *Video Games*, *Summertime Sadness*, and *Young And Beautiful*, has known Love for years.

The two toured together in 2015. Two years later, they interviewed each other for Dazed magazine.

Del Rey is releasing her ninth album, *Stove*, later this year. The single *White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter* was released recently.
