Zayn Doesn’t Want A Public Relationship Anymore

Zayn no longer wants a relationship in the spotlight. “I’ve learned it doesn’t work for me,” the former One Direction singer says on the podcast Call Her Daddy.

“I’m not looking for another relationship in the spotlight,” says the artist, speaking from experience.

“No offense to anyone I’ve dated in the past. I’ve just learned it doesn’t work for me.”

Zayn is currently single. He previously dated singer Perrie Edwards and model Gigi Hadid. He welcomed a daughter with Hadid in 2020.

The 33-year-old singer always emphasizes respect for the mother of his child. “She’s the reason my child is in this world,” he says. “I will always love her, but I don’t know if I’ve ever been in love with her.”

Zayn will release his fifth studio album, Konnakol, on April 17.
