Kaley Cuoco struggled with depression after her divorce from Karl Cook, the American actress revealed on The Drew Barrymore Show. Cuoco and Cook separated in 2021 after three years of marriage.

The forty-year-old actress recounts a difficult moment after the divorce. “It was the premiere of the second season of The Flight Attendant, and that morning I woke up and was so depressed and sad I could barely breathe.

I was just lying on the floor,” she says. “I honestly thought I was going to die.”

“I thought my life was over,” Cuoco continues. “That’s what I really thought. Never getting married again. I’m never having kids again.”

But not long after the divorce, Cuoco met actor Tom Pelphrey. She is now engaged to him. The couple welcomed a daughter in 2023.

Cuoco is known for her role in the series The Big Bang Theory.

She has also appeared in series such as The Flight Attendant, Charmed, and Prison Break.
