Rapper Eminem has become a grandfather for the first time. His daughter Hailie Mathers and her husband have had a son: Elliot Marshall McClintock.

The baby is named after his musical grandfather. The real name of the 52-year-old Eminem is Marshall Mathers.

Elliot was born on March 14, three weeks before the due date. “Happy due date,” Hailie writes with an Instagram photo of the baby. Three weeks on earth.

Hailie and her father Eminem announced the pregnancy last year in a video clip of the American rapper. In it, she gives Eminem a shirt with the word ‘grandpa’ on the back.

It is the artist’s first grandchild.

They can no longer share the news with Eminem’s mother. She passed away in December at the age of 69.
